Important Details and other Fees relating to the villa

All the above prices include all local taxes, cleaning before arrival and after departure. All utilities and all Free amenities/benefits you have for you and your family to use Pool Heater (optional)£100.00/ $170.00 per week. Spa Heater £50.00/ $85.00 Per week.

Discounted rates are available for a stay of 3 weeks or more please email for details. If your stay is less than 7 days there is an extra cleaning charge of £50.00 $85.00. Your booking will confirmed on receipt of your booking form along with a non refundable deposit. The balance of your payment is due 10 weeks before your arrival. We also require with your balance a fully refundable security deposit of £200.00 $340.00 this is to protect the villa from any major damage caused by Guests. This will be returned to you within 14-28 days after your departure.
