Florida Villa Paradise - Swimming Pool

To the rear of the villa overlooking a conservation area is the villa's private swimming pool. This is a 30ft x 15ft freeform pool with a 5ft Jacuzzi attached to it. This is all surrounded by palms and shrubs, making this villa a very private and relaxing place to stay.

The property boasts an extended pool decking area. Both the pool and decking area are fine screened by a fine wire mesh to an extended height for your convenience, enabling 10 adults to use the sunbathing, dining and barbecue equipment at the same time. The pool area also has its own shower.

During the winter months when the night temperature drops the pool can be electrically heated, though due to the cost of heating the pool this is not included in the villa rental price and therefore an additional payment is required if you wish to use the pool heater. This service is also available during the summer months if required. Please contact us for further information and pricing.

The patio doors leading out of the villa onto the pool decking area are alarmed to ensure your piece of mind over the safety of your children.
